為赴福州考試，我連訂三晚倉山凱悦酒店，卻在入住首日遭遇“驚魂夜”——被安排在20層臨馬路房間，徹夜噪音擾得毫無休息，次日直接在考場嘔吐，考試狀態大打折扣。
本以為體驗會一路糟糕，沒想到酒店得知後高度重視，第二天立刻為我安排了赴考場的專屬車輛、貼心飲食，還火速調換了安靜的房間，後續入住總算迴歸舒適。
雖首日的糟心經歷給我造成了不小損失，但能感受到這並非酒店主觀疏忽。希望酒店日後能更細緻地為趕考人篩選房間，也提醒各位來福州考試的小夥伴，入住時可提前溝通房間需求。

前幾天住另一個凱悦，給寫投訴信了，再住這個想着對比一下。
中午12點多我給酒店打電話根本沒人接，去了以後門僮看到你就像沒看到，進了大堂自己找前台根本沒人理我。到了前台我問為什麼不接電話，前台一直解釋説什麼太忙了，聽得我無語，前台好幾個人，連個接電話的人都沒有嗎？最後我也不想計較這個了，我説沒事，回我一個我們應該做的。你們真的應該培訓一下員工説話的藝術了。
前台還問我是不是臨時在攜程訂的，我不知道為什麼問這個。
前台給我升樓層了，問我到時候能不能給個好評，這時候我雖然已經很不滿了，但是想着如果房間不錯，到時候也能給。結果到房間裏打掃説阿姨還在裏面，阿姨説它在檢查衞生。我入住的時間是下午兩點以後，不存在什麼提前入住來不及打掃這種情況，當然阿姨檢查衞生也無可厚非，但是我不能理解前台給我房卡之後沒有通知清潔人員離開房間，這種情況我真是頭一次遇到。
這次住宿最大的好處就是房間設計挺不錯，廁所和浴室分開的，窗外的風景很好，視野開闊，包括浴缸的窗外也一樣。點餐給我送餐的服務員很熱情有活力，牛肉麪雖然有些涼了但是味道還行。不過這個價格的凱悦也算很有性價比了，除了服務之外也沒有什麼大缺點，不注重這個的人可以住，但是服務真的讓我有點無語了。
