The service at this hotel is absolutely perfect. It was my first time visiting Changle, Fujian, and I ran out of Chinese currency, which made it difficult for me to have meals. Due to language barriers, I couldn't find a place to exchange money. I approached the front desk staff for help, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, they immediately pulled out their phone translator to communicate with me. They quickly took me to a bank to exchange money and even accompanied me there. They also kindly brought me to a restaurant downstairs and helped me order dishes, introducing me to some local cuisine. Throughout the meal, they checked on my preferences to ensure my satisfaction. This thoughtful service deeply impressed me with the hotel's sincerity and dedication.
In conclusion, my stay at the Atour Hotel was exceptional, and I cannot praise its service enough. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attentive care made my time in Changle, Fujian truly enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, hoping more people can experience such excellent service.

Hotel front desk service is enthusiastic, and the sanitary environment is very good. The front desk has delicious plum juice to drink, check-in is fast, and the room is very comfortable. They also gave Chinese red masks and red flags. Must like it ♥

房間問題：
1，整體設施設備老、舊
2，衞生非常差，浴室地面有明顯的毛髮、洗漱盒還有上次客人濺在上面的漱口水印、燒水壺裡面有污漬及明顯水垢
3，房間隔音問題，幾乎沒有隔音效果，隔壁洗澡，馬桶沖水，開關門包括開關燈的聲音都是聽得清清楚楚，那隔壁打呼嚕那就更加不用説了
4，洗漱盒裡麪沒有牙刷
服務問題：早上7：00打電話通知送牙刷，到門口遞給我的是是個男的，全程沒有語言問候，沒有笑容，感覺很冷颼颼的感覺。
安全問題：房間的防煙面罩兩個都是被開啟過的，難道酒店沒有專業人員？不知道這個是一次性的，不會以為還可以重複利用吧
總結：是一次失敗的體驗，選擇這家亞朵酒店，還刻意看了一下評分在4.8，體驗後，感覺這個4.8水分太大，

位置很偏，在一個園區裏，距離機場説遠不遠説近不近，一定要提前預約去機場的車，不然臨時很難打到車。入住已是晚上九點多，整個酒店能聽到非常吵的卡拉OK聲音，唱的特別難聽。
辦理入住時衹有一個服務員在前台，看到好幾波客人來了一直她一個人在辦理，客人提醒她後，她才叫出另一個服務員一起辦理。

在福州長樂出差時亞朵酒店給我帶來的無限感動，我真的被酒店工作人員感動到了。我們是來福建數字中心排練音樂劇，由於飛機晚點凌晨才到酒店，我們7、8個同事都沒有吃晚飯，就詢問前台能不能怎麼點外賣。沒想到前台小五五主動提出幫我們煮幾份宵夜送上房間，這讓我們都很意外。後面第二天早上由於行程很趕，我的臟衣服扔臟衣籃就出門了，結果一回到房間發現我的衣服都被掛好了，真的超級感動，這不單單是洗的是衣服，還洗去了我一天的特別疲倦！這在別的酒店真是沒有享受到的服務！！！因為有亞朵，我體會到了人間有真情，給你們點贊哦！！！
