Fantastic experience, really great for families! The room was bright and spacious, with a lovely local touch – the headboard even featured Nanhoud Street and names of various alleys. The front desk staff were super welcoming and helpful. I had booked two different room types, and I was worried about having to switch rooms, so the front desk upgraded me to a larger room within the same category. So awesome! 🥳 The hotel's location is also excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was very clean. Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions. Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels. A great stay! Highly recommended! 😁

MM13935****This hotel really shines because of its service. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always greeting you with a smile. The room itself was pretty standard, though the bathroom ventilation wasn't great and there was a lingering smell. On the plus side, the complimentary tea and snacks were of high quality – they really didn't skimp there. I felt very safe with their access control system. The downside is the soundproofing isn't very good, and honestly, the room rate feels a bit overpriced, making it not quite worth it. However, the cookies and nuts in the lobby are absolutely delicious, especially the cranberry cookies – that's definitely a bonus! It's also in a quiet location despite being in a bustling area.

GGuest UserI came here with my boyfriend for a trip to Fuzhou and chose this hotel. It was unexpectedly good! It's super convenient for food, with options right downstairs. We tried Xu Tai Niu and Tian Bian Cuo, both of which were delicious 😋. The hotel service was also great; they knew we were tourists and enthusiastically shared tips on how to get to the attractions easily. They even have postcards of scenic spots 🎑, which are really pretty!

GGuest User## Review **Ambiance:** I'd say it was just okay, a traditional five-star hotel setup, pretty standard. But I'm not sure if it's because of the humidity in the south, but there was an indescribable smell when I entered the room. **Cleanliness:** The room itself was decent. However, some of the cutlery in the restaurant was a bit dirty. You can see it in the picture if you zoom in – there were hard white spots on the knife. **Service:** The cleaning staff in the guest rooms were very friendly and responsive to requests. However, the front desk service on the 40th floor was just mediocre. I've stayed in many five-diamond hotels of major brands in various cities, and in other cities, the staff always made me feel right at home. But in Fuzhou, they were quite indifferent. The only contact was a perfunctory follow-up call after checking out. I think you could learn from practices in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions, as well as Guangdong. They often have dedicated butlers, and both the front desk and butlers actively contact guests, checking in and showing genuine care. Especially in Guangzhou, the service is so good it almost makes you feel embarrassed! **Food:** The breakfast offered mostly local specialties. I'm someone who isn't usually picky, but I found many dishes unappetizing, and the variety wasn't great. I suppose it's understandable if they're trying to cut costs. **Overall, I didn't have a good experience!**

GGuest UserThe room has a 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, which is very cool. If you are lucky, you can watch the sunrise directly from the bed! ! The facilities are super new, and there are even disposable face towels in the washbasin, which is highly praised! Even the hair dryer is a Dyson! ! After we moved in, we asked Receptionist No. 1 to accompany the guests. The cat car was super nice and the brother Luoye Zhiqiu's attitude was also super, super nice! ! He always helped me to find the car and picked up the things we left at the B&B! ! ! The overall experience is great

XXixiansenWe stayed at this hotel with our family during the Chinese New Year. It was very convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. Dongbai Shopping Mall is right behind the hotel, making shopping super easy. During the New Year, many shops in the city were closed, but Sanfang Qixiang had plenty open. Plus, there were so many authentic Fujian snacks to try right nearby!

She was incredibly dedicated in her introductions and very good at solving problems, leaving a fantastic first impression of the hotel. When checking out, I encountered several housekeeping staff, and one lady in a black uniform was also very kind, repeatedly reminding us to call for the shuttle. AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
