I stayed at this property with my husband and our daughter from August 21st to 27th. The rooms have just been renovated and, therefore, are the strong point of the hotel together with the cleanliness of the rooms. The dining room staff is kind and available for example to change the menu for my one year old daughter, but these elements are not enough to increase the rating which, I'm sorry, but cannot be positive for various reasons which I will now explain. The first reason for regret is that the meals are all strictly buffet style. The Covid protocols allow the buffet if the meals, however, are served by the staff but, alas, for the side dishes everything was placed on the buffet table without covering the food and with service done by the customer. So, we avoided (except 1 time or 2) getting side dishes from the buffet. Unfortunately the quality of the food was terrible and the food seemed recycled from the day before at some meals. Second reason for complaint: you could hear the staff in the kitchen arguing and the atmosphere was really heavy. Finally, it seems like a hotel abandoned to itself: the reception is in the hotel in front and you are not accompanied upon arrival, the internal bar is non-existent and there is not even a place to put your room keys (this is the less). We left a day early both because of the weather but also because we wanted to eat well and in peace without having paranoia at every meal! I believe that there is a lack of experience in organizing the hotel and that the kitchen service needs to be reviewed. Clear
