Club Hotel

Nice hotel, newly renovated rooms with sea view, very nice location .... But unfortunately the experience was not positive due to the poor quality food and the disorganization in the distribution of meals All completely buffet-style in canteen style. get in the way of reaching your table and the nervous one who goes up for waiting .... I think a person who is on vacation does not want to struggle to eat (among other things badly) 3 waiters at the tables and 2 at the buffet .. .. I consider the staff to do a much better table service and consequently there is. If I ever return I would only stay overnight! Cleaning staff really efficient and kind Last note that it is a hotel abandoned to itself, no one in reception and bar service, if you really need it you have to go to the hotel opposite. Too bad because I think that as a hotel it could have great potential but the management of many things would be oak from scratch and really leave you wanting 2 stars only for the location and view otherwise it touched zero for services

I stayed at this property with my husband and our daughter from August 21st to 27th. The rooms have just been renovated and, therefore, are the strong point of the hotel together with the cleanliness of the rooms. The dining room staff is kind and available for example to change the menu for my one year old daughter, but these elements are not enough to increase the rating which, I'm sorry, but cannot be positive for various reasons which I will now explain. The first reason for regret is that the meals are all strictly buffet style. The Covid protocols allow the buffet if the meals, however, are served by the staff but, alas, for the side dishes everything was placed on the buffet table without covering the food and with service done by the customer. So, we avoided (except 1 time or 2) getting side dishes from the buffet. Unfortunately the quality of the food was terrible and the food seemed recycled from the day before at some meals. Second reason for complaint: you could hear the staff in the kitchen arguing and the atmosphere was really heavy. Finally, it seems like a hotel abandoned to itself: the reception is in the hotel in front and you are not accompanied upon arrival, the internal bar is non-existent and there is not even a place to put your room keys (this is the less). We left a day early both because of the weather but also because we wanted to eat well and in peace without having paranoia at every meal! I believe that there is a lack of experience in organizing the hotel and that the kitchen service needs to be reviewed. Clear

Struttura fresca ed informale, funzionale e dove non manca nulla per passare un ottima vacanza. Sicuramente la terrò presente se dovessi tornare in quelle zone. Ambiente rinnovato, personale giovane, disponibile, non invadente. Camere sufficientemente ampie anche per 4 persone. Ambienti sempre puliti. Cucina ottima con menù di carne, pesce e vegetariano ad ogni pasto. Buffet di verdure crude e cotte. Sala pranzo fresca, luminosa con la possibilità di mangiare anche all'aperto. Avevamo l'esigenza di alimenti senza glutine ed hanno assecondato la richiesta egregiamente. Complimenti!! Piscina tranquilla, ombreggiata e pulita. Servizio bici gratuite. Abbiamo chiesto un late check out ed hanno saputo incontrare la nostra richiesta senza alcun problema (servizio ovviamente a pagamento). Spiaggia (bagno 36) ad un centinaio di metri. Servizio transfer a richiesta gratuito offerto dalla spiaggia. Spiaggia con personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Servizi igienici sempre SUPER puliti. Ambiente tranquillo e sicuro costantemente sorvegliato dai gestori del bagno.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito per il Ponte del 2 giugno. Che dire. Camera fronte mare comodissima e recentemente rinnovata. Ottima la pulizia della camera e delle zone comuni. Con piacere nella hall al piano terra è stata creata una zona relax/gioco, servita da bar, dove accomodarsi e leggere un libro o chiacchierare con amico conosciuti in hotel. Un plus la piscina e la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Complimenti allo chef e allo staff di sala. Ottima scelta dei piatti e qualità del menù. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie a tutti!

Hotel molto vicino al mare, camere luminose, così come la sala, dove abbiamo potuto gustare la colazione, pranzo e cena. Ricco e vario buffet. Staff della sala estremamente gentile ed efficiente. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Vincenzo, persona attenta ai dettagli e molto professionale. Complimenti a Giorgio, il maitre, Martina ed Asia. Sicuramente saremo presenti anche la prossima stagione. Grazie a tutti per la bella esperienza.

Ottima esperienza al club hotel dal check in al check out con la possibilità di usufruire sia della piscina della struttura ospitante sia quella al 4* piano della struttura difronte!! Ottima colazione su richiesta. Strategica sistemazione per chi arriva con il treno (navetta gratuita su richiesta) per poi raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro!

Ho soggiornato con la mia figlia nel club hotel, nell'ultima settimana di agosto e la prima di settembre con pensione all inclusive, ci siamo trovati bene, le camere sono belle ma ci vorrebbero degli accorgimenti in più (ho lasciato i miei accorgimenti nel sondaggio ricevuto via email a fine soggiorno), il personale è gentile e disponibile, si mangia bene, l'unica cosa che forse non ho scritto nel sondaggio è la colazione, l'ho trovata un po povera, poca varietà soprattutto per il salato.. Piscina bella ma potrebbe essere curata un po di piu...gli sdrai poco curati e poi era pieno di zanzare...il mare è vicinissimo e poi offre di un servizio navetta per ritornare all'hotel visto che c'è una salita bella impegnativa da affrontare, quindi non trovo motivo per lamentarsi.. Per il resto è vicino al centro ma nel caso c'è il trenino che ti porta giù in centro con fermata vicino all'hotel, vicino a cattolica raggiungibile anche a piedi con una bella passeggiata e nel caso al ritorno c'è sempre il trenino. Un ringraziamento speciale al cameriere Vincenzo che ci ha accompagnati per tutto il soggiorno durante i pasti, gentilissimo, attento e professionale.. siamo i ragazzi della coca ghiaccio e limone :) è stato un piacere conoscerti!
