優點：過馬路就是海邊，院內停車方便，裝修比較新，環境比較田園，早餐10元一位，午餐晚餐點菜也不貴。
缺點：老闆不大氣，我三月份定的260+，平時150+，當天網上掛也才330+，老闆抱怨我的便宜拒絕攜程兩次硬頭皮接的。房型和圖片不一樣，而且基本上算內窗。房內異味。衞生有待提高。上午入住時問温泉告訴不開，下午卻開了一個，晚上海邊冷風吹完要加點熱水泡泡也不同意，周旋半天給加的水，有一説一室外泡着確實不錯。

價格虛高，低於200我都不會説什麼，但四百多啊，在大連可以住很好，咱衞生裝修軟件硬件都有待提高…最重要是這邊的海被造的像臭泡子，沙灘上垃圾隨處可見，賣完煙花放完煙花就不管了？做燒烤的用的煤煙巨大，弄完了油直接倒海里…真的服了，來之前有預期會很差，畢竟是想作為中轉站，但是真的太差了，希望大家愛護環境，繼續這麼臟下去沒人來玩，那也賺不到錢吧
