I stayed here recently for a work trip and accidentally left behind two expensive Items. rang the same day to report it and followed up with management. Despite clearly stating where I left the items, I was told it was unlikely they were stolen and that perhaps they were mistaken for rubbish. I found this suggestion incredibly dismissive—these were clearly valuable, unused products, and implying they might have been thrown out felt like gaslighting. No real investigation seemed to take place, and I was left without my belongings and without any meaningful resolution. If you're staying here, I strongly recommend checking everything thoroughly before you leave. Unfortunately, if something goes missing, you may not get it back—and worse, you might be made to feel like it was somehow your fault.

Tremendo, peggior esperienza della mia vita in una camera. Andateci solo se siete disperati e non trovate niente. Partiamo dalla disorganizzazione della struttura. Una volta sono andata in reception a lamentarmi del wifi che non funzionava e la receptionist mi ha detto “e che fa? Torni in camera”. Per non parlare di quando alle 6 di mattina i signori della sicurezza non mi hanno aiutato ad entrare dicendomi di andare chissà dove mentre loro giravano inutilmente sulla loro macchina.
