typical backpacker dorm that convenient location . Staff very nice and friendly, luggage room also big enough with 24hours counter. Breakfast also very nice. public area so comfortable but if full may a bit crowded and noisy. however, good for staying if visit Galway

I slept in seven bed women room. It was bathroom incide,but when it is 7 girls hard to get in. There are a lot of bathrooms and toilets also outside the rooms. There are a lot of People,and shared toilets not always are clean. Here are soap in some shared bathrooms. Good localisation. Also they have kitchen, breakfast included,but if you are late - you have nothing to eat. Free tea and coffe,and lemon water. A lot of spot to Cook something here

My boyfriend and I booked a private room for several days that was located in the building next door from the main building. It was really quiet there but we could always go into the main buildings kitchen or chill out area. Everyday there was a delicious free breakfast (first come first serve), everything was clean and nicely decorated! The staff was really nice, too. A hostel for this price couldn't have been better!

Friendly hostel, great breakfast, cosy common room. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Wide variety of travellers staying, both young and old. We had a family room for 5 with an ensuite shower room.

Keep in mind that the building is old, but for a youth hostel it was confortable enough. That being said the place was clean (smelled like Javex), the bed were comfortable. Our sheet had a stain and we asked for cleaner ones, without hesitation they led us to the laundry room and gave us cleaner ones. The general state of the room is ok, yes floors are bit dirty and the bathrooms could use an everyday cleaning but it’s not bad. The kitchen is equipped and clean. As for the location of the hostel, it’s central and near everything. Parking available in front which is nice (max 2h for 4euros). People were nice, would recommend.

My favorite hostel that I’ve stayed in so far! The location was convenient to the bus station, Eyre Square, the Latin Quarter, and the grocery stores. I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm and even had an en-suite bathroom! The breakfast was very simple, but filling and delicious. All of the staff was kind, especially Kenny. He answered all my daily questions with consistent enthusiasm. It was absolutely worth what I paid for. I would book again when returning to Galway.

This spot was a nightmare so it was. There was a quiet Stag group there, that were zero craic. Then the staff were just a general shower of unpleasant people. My 6yr old son walked in a with a gameboy the Friday and walked out of the spot Sunday with a can. My wife left me for one of the guys that were on a stag weekend. This place tore my life apart. Also there was a severe lack of Ball knowledge. It's a tight narrah weee huer of a spot. Avoid at all costs.

The staff try their very best to be nothing less than family towards you, my whole time I was there I was on a first name basis with each member of staff without trying, they put in the extra effort every step of the way, from breakfast in the morning to the packed multicultural kitchen in the evening they really made all the extra effort to be familial. If you aren’t from Ireland and are wanting to experience Irish hospitality first hand there is no second best, from Kenny, to Donna, Sasha and so many others they will make your stay beyond memorable, absolute legends in their own sense, 14/10 would stay again 🎉

Hostel located almost in the center of the Galway. 10-15 min walk from the Spanish arch and main pub's Street. Very comfortable, clean with good equipped kitchen open for all. Hostel served a breakfast for free that weekend as a suprise. Very nice and helpful staff. Well furnished in the open and dine space. They have wi-fi. If you are lucky you will find a parki g place on a public parking in front of it. If not, you can park on the adjacent streets. highly recommend.
