It was... horrible....
Staff was friendly... nothing to complain on that.. they tried their best to help and cater the needs... but the facility was so baddddd.....
Staff still a good 8/10 ... complained on the room issue they sent technician instantly over.
But room was consistently blacking out... whole night of stay it black out more than 8 times. it was a horrible experience... i did not sign up for an escape room.
Shower water was salty and I could not brush my teeth nor shower with it...
Can consistently felt my body soapy even after numerous rinse...
horrific experience...
Will definitely not come again...
Breakfast choices was decent... but quality was mehh.... 4/10
I understand it was a rather cheap hotel. But basic facilities cannot be this bad. this is not acceptable.

The staff is extremely supportive and welcoming, making the experience consistently comfortable. A special word of appreciation for **Lakshmi** and **Prayash** at the reception—always welcoming with a smile and going the extra mile to ensure the stay is seamless and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable, hospitable, and genuinely pleasant hotel experience!
