Stay was very good, location a bit far but amazing hotel, a true 5 star.

Cooler I mean temperature of gift city is bit lower than city. Decent facilities of gym, swimming pool, spa. Decent food. Rooms are comfortable and charges are reasonable. Bonus is govt controlled liquor shop with 65 percent extra tax plus 100 rs for permit. Highly recommended.

They don't have courtesy to even inform the guest about the charges, without any information they share the bill to us and also add the service tax which is not applicable even we asked them to remove the service tax on food and beverage they denied. Really we had a worst experience with Grand Mercure Gift City Gandhinagar Ahmedabad. The managers come to meet and greet but have zero knowledge how to behave with the guests. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO VISIT HERE AT GRAND MERCURE AHMEDABAD GANDHINAGAR GIFT CITY.
