We had a pleasant stay in Denzong Shangrila hotel..As the rooms were very clean and food was delicious..Also the staffs were very polite and helpful to us..I would like to mention Mr.Kiran and Ms.Ritu for guiding us in our whole stay..I would recommend everyone stay in this hotel..

Sweet gesture. Tasty and delicious dishes. All members of staff make relentless efforts to make our trip best. We get all necessary facilities. Staff was cordial and supportive. We enjoyed the facilities opted by hotel. We will visit again.

The hotel is very good, the facilities are great. The staff is very cordial. Food is good, view and accessibility is good to mg marg and all the site seeing places around. Cabs and taxis are easily available. Definitely coming back next time for a bike trip

Room is clean. View from windows is great. The best part is the restaurant. Food is excellent. Particularly the staffs are so humble and kind. They serve with passion. Location of the hotel is also at main bazaar, you can avail all other requirements medical shop, atm, grocery nearby.

Enjoyed the hospitality. Room was clean but little small but was good, Room service was fast and good, staff very polite and very cooperative only breakfast buffet items were very less. If we require paratha instead of puri it is chargeable. Improve on this.

Best place to stay in Gangtok. The staff was very cooperative. The service was excellent. The cleanness of the room, ***** with the incredible view outside the window, provides you with amazing comfort. OnceIn a lifetime experience, the hotel staff was amazing. As per your request, they can arrange transportation for sightseeing at a reasonable price.

The Lord Inn deluxe room is nice to stay and also provide nice view feom the hotel room. The food in the hotel is also very nice with varieties of option to eat. Mr hemanth and Ms Ritu two employees of Lords Inn helped us throughout the stay providing essential service.
