南康大灑店是我這次全國六個省旅遊完，印象最深刻的酒店是全國環境最優美，設施最完善，衞生最乾淨，服務最貼心周到的酒店。特別是服務人員非常敬業，專業素質高，印象最深刻是前台服務員小榮，態度和藹，服務熱情，幫忙拿行動，帶我們到房間，電話問我們對住房是否滿意，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。特別讓我們驚喜的地方，我的車有工作人員幫我洗了，説明酒店的服務理念很好，管理水平很高，是所有酒店應該學習的。

從一到酒店停車，就能看出保安敬業，熱情。幫忙拿行李。前台接待微笑服務，熱情周到。客房整潔，隔音效果好，有贈送水果、提供洗衣服務。給人賓至如歸的感覺。酒店環境優美，安靜舒適，綠化好，交通便利，適合自駕遊客。早餐種類豐富，美味可口。晚餐套餐豐富，品種多樣。餐廳工作人員非常熱情好客。無論是保安，前台接待人員，還是餐廳工作人員以及客房的阿姨都彬彬有禮，體現了他們素質非常高。説明酒店老闆及高層非常重視員工的整體素質的提高。讓人想不到的是，還有免費洗車服務，這在全國可能也就多此一家。我自駕10年，走遍全國各地，第1次遇到。超級贊！早晨退房時，大堂美女經理還送了一個字框給我，很開心，很感謝。
