Urba Hotel (Nanmenkou Bubugaostore, Ganzhou City)

Great location, close to Jiangnan Songcheng. The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with plenty of delicious food nearby. The facilities are complete, the service is attentive, and the staff are friendly and patient! The rooms are clean, the facilities are all new, and the price is very affordable. They even have a cute food delivery robot. This is a hotel I'll definitely return to!

The hotel claims to be the Nanmenkou Bubugao branch, but it's actually about 800 meters away, surrounded by shops with no restaurants nearby. The front desk service was unprofessional; they didn't proactively provide the Wi-Fi password, and the phone was unreachable, requiring me to go downstairs to ask. I originally booked two nights in two separate bookings. During check-in, I specifically emphasized checking in for one night first, with further notification for the next day. When checking out the next morning around 11 AM, I again emphasized not extending my stay and canceling through the platform, but it showed the hotel had already checked in and couldn't cancel, requiring a lot of effort to contact them. Even worse, I specifically told the front desk I'd be back by noon to check out, only to find the room had been cleaned. My personal belongings were all there, making me feel very unsafe. Finally, I chose this hotel because reviews mentioned good breakfasts, but the two breakfasts were terrible—small portions and unappetizing. See the pictures for reference: the fried rice noodles were too oily, and the soy milk was too sweet.

The room was clean and quiet. The two pillows were very nice. The hotel is located in the center of the old and new urban areas. It is very good. Most of the attractions in Ganzhou can be visited in 2 days. It takes 2 hours from Shenzhen to Guangzhou.

Very satisfied, the service staff is polite, the room is clean, the location is good, it is convenient to walk or take a taxi to the scenic spots, there are many restaurants and a listed supermarket nearby, and daily necessities are complete.
