房間還行，能望到江，也夠寬敞，硬件上也能算夠得上五星級，但是從服務、軟件、位置上來説連快捷酒店都比不上，因為體驗感不好，往下展開説説：1. 我在房間床上落下了一個手掌大小的紅色樂高積木盔甲，是十分顯眼的紅色，成人手掌那麼大，從早上寄存行李到晚上回去取行李都沒有通知説落下東西了，直到我回程路上發現遺漏了致電酒店，酒店説沒有，我衹能假設是直接丟掉了，因為不可能看不到，我描述了詳細的位置和樣式， 同樣的五星級酒店我落下過孩子帶的玩偶，他們的做法是通知我並詢問如何寄回；2. 寄存行李時詳細對話如下：我説你好，退房和寄存行李，前台説什麼時候取，我説下午吧，前台遞給我一張小白紙，説寫名字和電話，我寫完後，遞給前台，她説可以了。全程沒有任何微笑，寒暄或道別，多一句話都不會和你説；3. 酒店大堂和房間電梯不在一個區域，電梯不需要刷卡就能直接上，外賣能直接送到房門口，任何人都能上，我在電梯遇過兩次電梯內吸煙的人，沒有任何管理；4. 大堂衹有2人，沒有行李員，感覺上是自己去前台辦完入住後自己上去吧。5. 早餐是7-10點，我9點半下去，剩下的東西已經沒什麼了，這麼説吧，我想要的熱牛奶和炒青菜都沒有，而且是不會補的，以至於我吃了第一天，第二天都沒有下去吃；6. 酒店離宋城浮橋城牆等旅遊區打車大約需要25分鐘，離購物區萬象城打車大約需要10分鐘，雖然寫的是萬象城店，但其實並不在走路範圍內，附近沒有什麼購物和吃飯的選擇，除非是酒店內消費。如果説，你預訂這個酒店是因為看到它是當地豪華酒店前三名，預期它是正常的五星級酒店體驗，那最好選擇其他的酒店，因為這個酒店沒有什麼服務和體驗，我不會再選擇沃爾頓旗下任何一家酒店。

進入大廳時是暗黑色系，香水味道濃郁，受不了
訂的三人間的小床，竟然沒有床頭，鏤空一大塊，孩子會感到害怕😟
也不知道這個房間多久，沒有人住了很多細小的灰塵櫃，電視櫃，牆邊都是。
早餐也是乏善可陳，很失望。
