The room is okay, you can overlook the river, it is spacious enough, and the hardware can be considered five-star. However, in terms of service, software, and location, it is not even as good as a budget hotel. Because of the bad experience, let me explain: 1. I left a palm-sized red Lego armor on the bed in the room. It was a very conspicuous red color, the size of an adult's palm. From the time I checked in my luggage in the morning to the time I went back to pick it up in the evening, there was no notification that I had left anything behind. It was not until I found it on the way back and called the hotel that they said they had nothing. I can only assume that it was directly thrown away because it was impossible not to see it. I described the detailed location and style. I left my child's doll in the same five-star hotel, and their practice was to notify me and ask how to send it back; 2. The detailed conversation when storing luggage is as follows: I said hello, checking out and storing luggage. The front desk asked when to pick it up. I said in the afternoon. The front desk handed me a small white paper and asked me to write my name and phone number. After I wrote it, I handed it to the front desk and she said it was okay. There was no smile, greeting or goodbye the entire time, not a single word said to you; 3. The hotel lobby and the elevator to the room are not in the same area. You can get in the elevator directly without swiping a card, and takeout can be delivered directly to the door of the room. Anyone can get in. I encountered people smoking in the elevator twice. There is no management; 4. There are only two people in the lobby and no bellhops. It feels like you go to the front desk to check in and then go up on your own. 5. Breakfast is from 7-10 am. I went down at 9:30 and there was not much left. Let's put it this way, the hot milk and stir-fried vegetables I wanted were not available, and they would not replenish them, so I ate on the first day and did not go down to eat on the second day; 6. The hotel is about 25 minutes by taxi from tourist areas such as the Songcheng Floating Bridge and the City Wall, and about 10 minutes by taxi from the shopping area MixC. Although it says MixC store, it is actually not within walking distance. There are no shopping or dining options nearby unless you eat at the hotel. If you booked this hotel because it was ranked among the top three luxury hotels in the area and expected a normal five-star hotel experience, then it would be better to choose another hotel because this hotel has no service and experience. I will not choose any hotel under the Walton brand again.

The hotel I chose for this trip really made me feel at home, and I have to give it a thumbs up! As soon as I entered the lobby, the bright and elegant decoration came into view. The staff welcomed me warmly, and the check-in was efficient and considerate. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The bed was not only soft but also exuded a pleasant fragrance. I didn't want to get up after lying down. The dry and wet separation design of the bathroom was very reasonable, the toiletries were of high quality, and the details were carefully considered. The hotel's gym equipment is diverse, and the restaurant has rich and delicious dishes. From facilities to services, every aspect is impeccable. I will choose this place next time I travel!
