The facilities in the room are very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. There is an underground garage with a very steep slope of about 45 degrees. The girl at the front desk is very considerate and smiling. The dishes in the vegetarian buffet restaurant that comes with the hotel's meal package are also very delicious, and there are a variety of dishes including fruit coffee, etc. The waiters in the restaurant are all ******* beauties, and there is also a handsome guy, all of them are very enthusiastic. The diners are basically Tibetans and lamas. After their meals, they take the initiative to send their tableware to the recycling point. This good habit makes us mainlanders admire it. Let's talk about the shortcomings. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the water pipe in Ganzi County on the day we arrived. The tap water in the hotel was turbid and completely unusable. The water was full of black sand and mud. The hotel should have informed us in advance when checking in, and there should have been a rescue measure, but there was none. We didn't wash all night. In addition, our car was blocked by an internal staff car in the underground garage for more than half an hour in the morning. There was no phone in the car. Finally, the girl at the front desk checked the surveillance and found that it was their own security guard. I hope the hotel can strengthen management of service details and improve service quality.

The location of the hotel is okay, only 10 minutes walk to the square. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, which is convenient for parking. The rooms are very new and the floor heating is very good, but there are no shower slippers in the bathroom, the shower floor is too cold, and the breakfast variety is simple. The hotel is more cost-effective.

The service needs to be improved. The hotel environment is good and has floor heating. It is trustworthy!

I stayed in this hotel twice, about two months apart, but both times the experience was not good. Every time there was a constant sound of electric drills very early in the morning, which made it impossible for people to sleep. I was already very tired, but I couldn't rest well. Therefore, friends who have trouble sleeping and need a good rest are advised not to stay here.

The service attitude is very very very very bad. The room has no sound insulation. It’s so noisythat it doesn’t let people sleep.  There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The front desk was indifferent. The front desk didn't answer the phone. The bed sheets were not changed.
