This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

The service was terrible, and the attitude was extremely bad. We agreed to check in at 3 o'clock, but when the time came, they told us that the room was not ready and we could not check in. The sanitation was not clean, and the room service was also very poor. What we needed was never available.

The location of the hotel is just great. It is easy to get to and it is located right on the ocean shore. But we did not extend our stay there. It seemed to me not very cozy and somewhat shabby. Of course, the price for rooms in it is lower than in the others, this is an indisputable advantage
