I bought a family package for 2 adults and 2 children with access to the spa and dinner included. Check-in only takes place from 3 pm onwards. I did not receive any more specific information about the hotel. I checked in at around 5pm and was informed that children only have access to the pool from 1pm and last entry at 4:30pm, so they could no longer go to the pool. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. There was a serious communication failure at the hotel because I purchased a package with access to the pool that was not possible. Fortunately, the receptionist who was there at night was not the same and was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to enjoy the spa as a family the following day between 1 and 2:30 pm.

Having reserved the spa well in advance, the person who attended me did not write down my reservation, so I could not attend, a total lack of professionalism. Poor dinner and little variety, breakfast the same.
To highlight the kindness of the receptionist, no longer that of the spa manager who called me complaining that I had to have a prior reservation without informing myself beforehand that I had made it.

They have a “disco pub” in the car park that blasts music until 2am. Not the relaxing spa hotel in the countryside you might imagine! The spa itself is also not very good, the pools are not warming enough and you have to wear a swimming cap. The breakfast is nice and the location is good. Overall not worth the price.

Beautiful hotel in the Picos. Very pet friendly. They provided beds and bowls for the pooches. Plenty of secure parking. Very nice buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice relaxing massages. The rooms are in different buildings (Villas) as there are buildings set around a courtyard. We were in the same building as the Spa. You also get Spa robes in your room. We did not manage to try the Spa as it was almost fully booked on both days when we arrived and the only times available didn't suit us. I would recommend you book the Spa access in advance of your arrival to ensure getting a suitable slot. Although the buffet food was very nice, we found it strange that they had fried/poached eggs and black pudding for dinner but not for breakfast!

Very Nice hotel. Friendly staff and good location to explore picos de Europa. Spa as excellent. Only critisism is pillows could be better quality. Loved the motorbikes around the hotel. Excellent breakfast and food overall was very good.

Maria Manuela Hotel and Spa was a very comfortable, clean hotel in Benia, Onis. We were in the area to do some hiking and the location was very central. It is a family friendly hotel, with a great buffet breakfast and offers a buffet dinner as well. We were out most of the day, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Beds were comfy. The spa was nice and had it all (sauna, sprays, hot tub, cooling pool). Note: Spa needs to be reserved for a specific hour. You need a bathing cap to enter.
