The room is small but clean and the service is good. But the noise is very loud, so it is not recommended to stay. In addition to the road noise, the noise of the air conditioner is huge, which seriously affects sleep. Too far to walk to Disney, have to take a car.

Room was good and location was close to bus so that was okay. They tried to charge me for parking even though I had no vehicle. They also charged me for breakfast even after they stated it was included in my stay. Very deceiving practices. Probably means managers tell their employees to lie so they can make more money. Never staying here again.

The location is fine and the people are nice but they do know how to deceive you. At the end of my stay, they wanted to charge me for parking although I had no vehicle. Today I get a charge for breakfast even though I was told repeatedly it was part of my stay. I just called them and told them they are very nice while misleading people on charges. I just wonder how many times they get away with charging people for things they don't use or are suppose to be complimentary.

Would have liked a receipt for my stay. Now I have to contact them for and have an invoice emailed. I received nothing at check in and nothing after check-out.

Everything was fine, the personnel was very kind, the only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because I didn’t get the invoice in my email even though I spelled it many times at the desk.
