Very new! In Hong Kong, where land is very expensive, the room seems very large! Very good. The location is also good, very close to the subway station. If it is not the price reason, you can live every time.

I liked the location but didn't like the fact that a motel shares the parking lot. Also my room 107 needs a lot of work to get done. The bedding was torn with holes I took pictures. The bottom near the bed railing full of mold. The bathroom has mold/mildew near the vents and the paint throughout the room was miss matching. Also the bathroom paint was wrinkled. And the mini fridge was frozen over. I had some drinks that got frozen. Over all this property needs HELP!! I work in maintenance so I know whats expected of us to accomplish great service. Another room should've been offered

The place looks like a hotel. When arriving it was a motel and a small sign off to the right said Harbor Motel so I feel a little lied to

Was a nice area to stay if you were going to Disney, but the cleanliness of the facility was very poor. We received dirty towels almost every day. The floors were dirty. The password for internet didnt work. And they closed the parking lot without any notice and made the guest figure out were to park. Id say the concern for their guest was very poor
