This is a special place.
Stunning property, meticulously maintained and managed, with genuinely warm service (not universally the case with 5* in Italy). Expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s superb.
Only downside is that it’s a historic property and you need to accept - ideally, welcome - its quirks. But the things that matter - plumbing, electrics and HVAC - all work faultlessly.

We recently vacationed in a villa with our family, booked 2 rooms, the place is very beautiful and the nature of Lake Garda is truly magnificent!
But!!! A situation happened, a very unpleasant one, in one of the rooms in the closet, we left a men's T-shirt, my gift to my husband! I wrote to the hotel asking to give it back, we are ready to come back for it! They don’t know anything and haven’t seen anything ((( How so??? The Italian Hermes T-shirt has disappeared.... I ask them to check the cameras, who cleaned the room!!??? Silence... the item was simply stolen(((

It is a 2-hour drive from Venice Airport. The lakeside environment is beautiful and clean. The hotel has a Michelin restaurant, and my wife is very satisfied.
The facilities in the entire room are quite satisfactory and are relatively new and clean in Europe.
I went to a SPA and the service was okay. The swimming pool is relatively small, and the entire hotel is not large.

Without doubt the best run hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel swoons class the staff are extremely professional and courteous. The views are stunning we had an executive lake view bedroom the best room we have ever stayed in. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Joel in reception is an asset to the hotel he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in planning days out etc. We will be going back next year and can't wait.

We stayed in this hotel in room 115 (with a lake view) for 3 nights. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The view was fantastic, the room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with every option possible. Food was amazing and beautifully presented. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. We will definitely return.

Absolutely stunning location, staff were amazing and the food and service was great…!! We will definitely be returning. The restaurants are really nice and we never got bored of breakfast over looking the lake. We paid for a lake view which was well worth it!

International standard 5 stars on lake Garda! Top notch place and amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools are brand new and amazing. We have been here 2 Easter holidays in a row as we just loved it so much the first time. Will be back again for sure! Kids had a blast in the pools. Rooms are also very nice, with the lake view Deluxe having marvelous views.
