OK stay, visited here 19th to 21st September, hotel was clean enough, bit of a lack of communication from the staff as I informed them of my late arrival/check in and was quite surprised when I did arrive late. Staff were helpful enough to book us a taxi to the train station as it’s a 45 min walk from the hotel. Hotel does offer a great view of the town and the mountains, especially on a very clear day.

*it has 1 bathroom for 12 rooms in the floor * located in the hills 35 minutes walk from bus stop, difficult without a car *there is no room service, * the toilet always doesnt work so you have to look at sh*t of other tourists. * we registered and paid for 3 people, 2 adults and our 7 y.o. child but when we came they asked to pay extra Eur36 for the child bed. we had some conflict and the receptionist shouted at us and requested to leave their hostel *the furniture is old and rusty, the chairs are not comfortable. * the bed was very noisy * there was no light in the balcony so we had to sit in the dark. * there is no telephone or other way to reach a reception, so we could not find her !!! It was the worst experience for us in such a wonderful place. !!!so if you dont want to get disappointed by this hostel which promotes itself as a hotel - believe me, just dont book it.

Das Hotel entsprach leider nicht dem was man sich von dem Preis erhofft hatte! Die Kaffeemaschine war verschimmelt, die ganze Wohnung roch sehr unangenehm, Toiletten Geruch! Die Gartenmöbel waren kaputt und der Garten ungepflegt. Die Fenster wurden sich 1 Jahr lang nicht mehr geputzt, die Tür vom Flur zum Wohnzimmer war ebenfalls defekt! Die Möbel im innen Bereich war sehr abgenutzt und alt, die Ausstattung der Küche generell sehr schlecht! Wir haben für 3 Personen für 2 Nächte ohne Frühstück über 400€ gezahlt und das war die Wohnung definitiv nicht wert

Zunächst möchte ich meine positiven Punkte aufzählen: - die Lage ist wirklich toll - die junge Dame beim Check-in war sehr nett - das Zimmer ist originell eingerichtet und war sehr sauber Nun die negativen Punkte: - der Balkonboden war kaputter blanker Beton und sehr dürftig möbliert - die verstaubten Trockenblumen überflüssig - das Frühstück völlig überteuert. Nur helle Aufbackbrötchen, eine Sorte Käse (für Nicht Vegetarier verschd Wurst), kein Joghurt, Frischkäse nur in Plastikabpackungen) und tote Fliegen auf dem Fensterbrett - unser Zimmer wurde in 6 Tagen lediglich am 1. Tag saubergemacht. Hinweis im Zimmer das Corona-bedingt nicht im Preis enthalten und nur unregelmäßig. Ein paar frische Handtücher und neue Mülltüten wären trotzdem gut gewesen - dafür ein Zimmerpreis von 149 Euro/Nacht absoluter Wucher und nicht gerechtfertigt

Een dikke 1 geen woorden voor mogelijk . Geen ontbijt we konden wel bijboeken maar voor 17,50 pp verwacht je wel een buffetje of iets wat gast gericht is .Wat een zeer slecht service . Dat heeft 3 sterren mooi voor hun maar niet voor ons. Beste mensen zoek goed eer dat gij boekt.
