Great place for a good time of relaxing and good adventure. Pools with great views, trails for those who loves being in contact with nature. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant with good and homemade food. Looking forward to coming back.

Nosso filho Eduardo gostou muito da recreação com os tipos. A comida é excelente em todas as refeições, mas poderia ter bebidas livre durante as refeições. No geral a estadia foi muito divertida para as crianças e adultos. Recomendo quem quer tranquilidade e também diversão com o parque cascaneia.

Uma das minhas melhores experiências que já tive em hotelaria, já de cara o atendimento da Larissa é excelente com muita elegância e simpatia, a estrutura é organizada e decorada, comida excelente com cardápios variáveis que atende todos os gostos, garçons atentos e discretos, o serviço de bar é ágil, belas piscinas com temperatura agradável, também fiquei impressionado com a atenção do setor de recreação apesar de eu não ter filhos (fica a dica), sobre as acomodações não tenho reclamações pois tudo é aconchegante e amplo, e o que falar do paisagismo? Um capricho em cada cantinho, tudo é belo. Com toda certeza vou retornar aqui.

O hotel é mto gostoso pra viagem em família, comida boa, e hospedagem maravilhosa! A recreação é mto legal, principalmente as tias borboleta e Sol, que foram umas queridas desde o primeiro dia de nossa estadia! Interagindo sempre com as crianças e tbm sempre agitando pra recreação tanto adulto quanto infantil

Atendimento ótimo, pessoas atenciosas e estrutura satisfatória. Legal o acesso livre ao parque aquático de Cascaneia. Recomendo a estadia independente da data, pois as piscinas são aquecidas, então, ainda que o tempo esteja chuvoso, há o que fazer. Alimentação variada, muitas opções, todas deliciosas.

Estrutura bacana. Quartos confortáveis e sempre limpos, mas o ar condicionado poderia ter a opção de quente também Ótima piscina externa; piscina interna boa mas pequena, insuficiente mesmo com baixa ocupação do hotel. Jacuzzis ficam em área coberta, mas abertas, inviabilizando uso nos dias frios. Falta uma sauna. Lareira num espaço bonito, porém sempre apagada quando nos hospedamos e foram dias de chuva e um pouco frios. Refeições estavam um tanto simples na pensão completa, poderia melhorar a qualidade - inclusive nos temperos e na qualidade do azeite disponível no buffet. Horário do jantar poderia ser como em todos os demais hotéis, pelo menos até 22h e não só até 21h15. Boa equipe de recreação, destaque para aulas de yoga. Funcionários corretos, mas atendimento um tanto frio e distante de modo geral. Bom hotel que pode oferecer muito mais.
