The service is basic at that hotel. It is certainly not bad. However, it is set at a minimum to run the place and to make sure everyone receives the basic. There is no extra mile done.

We like the location of this hotel. We had an awesome experience.

So far so good, breakfast can be improved. Only 10 minutes drive to Ottawa attractions. But this hotel is more affordable than those in Ottawa with free parking. Ps. The road in front of the hotel was under construction while our stay(unluckily)..

The room is clean and tidy, the laundry room is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, and it is suitable for bringing children. The location is excellent, travel is very convenient, and the free parking is very good.

It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Capitol Hill, and there is a free Tesla charging pile 500 meters downstairs. It is enough to stop there to charge up and then walk back to the hotel for 3 minutes. The room is very quiet. It is enough for a simple overnight stay. The floor is not clean enough, and the soles of the feet will be dirty when walking barefoot. The mattress is quite hard, not the kind of Western people who lie down and sink, and it is quite comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom leaked and turned into a puddle after taking a shower.

The location is average but there is a parking lot! The hotel is small but very clean! Although the breakfast is simple in style, it tastes good and you don't need a breakfast ticket. It's very generous! The one I saw in the morning should be the proprietress, she spoke very softly. A small hotel managed with care :)
