The river is gurgling, north of the town, and it takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the center.

It was newly renovated. Everything was nice and clean. And I loved that it had a fireplace because when I was just there it was cold and snowing and the fireplaces added detail to the room as well as an extra means of heat. I also loved the fact it had an balcony

I actually booked the wrong hotel so was very disappointed initially. I was given the opportunity to change but glad I didn't. The Breakfast was Excellent and to get out of the Parking lot to go to Pigeon Forge was the perfect place.
It was 1/2 mile walk to town but wasnt bad at all. The Trolley stop was right in front but i never seen anyone use it.

The hotel is in a poor condition and the price is too high. The sheets on the bed were stained. The elevator is broken so we had to use the ramp to carry our loggage to the room and there wasn't any staff to assist us just a lady in the front desk that didn't mention nothing about it when we check in. The breakfast was really ppor, they didn't refill the cereal oraple syrup when it's done or adcise when the breakfast was about to end. We are really dissapointed, this is not even a decent motel. The hallway were dirty and the balcony broken.

We’ve stayed here several times and just love it! The staff is amazing! Always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and so convenient to downtown. The free buffet breakfast is wonderful!

My stay at the Gatlinburg River Inn was better than I expected. The room is simple yet relaxing. Cleanliness was above average. Free parking not bad.

The elevator didnt work. The lady at front desk said its been broke since august. She also said we should have go a email telling us the elevator was broke when we booked the room. Did not get any email... the coke machine is empty on the 4th floor. We will never stay here again. Wish i could get a refund
