Hyatt Place Bodh Gaya

New hotel in Bodh Gaya, big spacious room with new amenities.

Nice food, fresh air around

I would really recommend the Hyatt Place. The staff were exceedingly helpful, particularly Rahil on the front desk. The rooms were clen and spacious. We ate all of our meals at the hotel and the restaurant was excellent with an extensive menu. The hotel was conveniently located to the major sites in Bodh Gaya and were really helpful with organizing day trips. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again for next trip to Bodh Gaya.

I had two rooms, but the hot water wasn’t working. After requesting hot water, one of the rooms was changed a day later, with an unexplained $20 charge. Additionally, the total charges at check-in were $50 higher than the online quote. Someone had left partially eaten room service outside my door; I requested its removal, but it remained there overnight. The walkway was covered in rainwater, causing me to slip twice, though thankfully I didn’t fall. There were also visible cracks in the room walls.

Hotel was clean, room was clean . Restaurant, check in , security all staff are efficient, nice , polite. Restaurant team , radhe , Gaurav, Ankit, rajeshwar, abhilash, all were really good , friendly n professional. Rahil’s team in the front office is also very efficient n professional. Overall an excellent stay , in an exceptional property.

Staff where courteous. Location is remote and google map is not showing the right map, it is taking through a village which can no be travel-led by car. Only one restaurant. No room service. Medium size rooms and abnormal water flowing noise, in the room, while using washrooms. Paddy fields are nearby and hence lot of insects around during night time.
