The hotel was very convenient to everything, it was just off the interstate but far enough that truck noise was not a problem. downtown was within walking distance and good dining option were near by.

Front Desk staff were so pleasant and very helpful. Complimentary breakfask was excellent. Such a great hotel, very clean and neat, great location and the rooms are designed so well. I will definitely go back to Comfort Suites in ***lord again.

Everything was great! The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was hot and fully stocked. I do recommend getting a room away from the hot tub though if you’re looking for a quiet evening.

Woman who checked us in on the evening of Dec 28th was very courteous and knowledgeable in getting things taken care of quickly. The following night she even handled a noise complaint very professionally. Our stay was excellent

This was one of the better hotels we have stayed at. We checked in on Friday - They did not appear to be overly busy so they were able to accommodate an early check-in. We left on Sunday and they were also able to accommodate an hour late checkout. The room was spacious, the floors were clean, the hot tub was warm. All around a nice stay. Large LG TV in the room, there were scuff marks on the walls but I think that’s from overall carelessness of travelers and not on the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the shower was warm. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointing. People in adjoining room were screaming and threatening each other between midnight and 4am. Front desk did not address the problem even after several complaints by several different people
