The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff are very pleasant. The room was hot on my 1st night there. 2nd night, they wash the air-con filter. Slight cooler but not cold enough. The temperature stated is 16 degrees celcius, but it was just between 20 to 25. There was no hot & cold water dispenser or electric kettle. But surprisingly, have complimentary snacks; 1 pack of 200ml chocolate milk, a small chocolate wafer bar, and small packet chips. Bedroom slippers provided as well. Comfy but lack of basic amenities mentioned. I had to ask hot water from the restaurant downstairs. The toilet has 2 types of bidet. A spray bidet and a toilet bowl bidet. The toilet air suction hasn't been cleaned in years, maybe as the dust kept falling on the toilet seat like snow flakes.

Everything is perfect. Love the atmosphere and rooms here. Very convenient.

Budget hotel with a decent coffee shop. Good place to have informal meeting

The surroundings of the hotel are nice, there are plants and fish ponds. Wifi ok. TV has international channels.

The room setting its not right looks very tight if put the table in front of bed....its hard to move around It must be free excess to bed think about emergency ppl get out from bed will hit the table and the cabinet Safety first ....... Bed sheet not too clean color is become dirty looks Need to put bycline or change Need elevator for old people or ppl with feet problem Reception need in open area not in the hiding place so.ppl more welcoming feelings
