It was great and the staff was amazing. Just the pool could be a little cleaner and the in-room available products for hygiene are not satisfactory and it smelled kind of old inside the room.

Overall nice hotel to stay in, just to highlight a) water will be hot cold hot cold during bathing b) breakfast variety is limited & average c) nearest place to eat or stroll is Gelang Patah area d) open carpark no gantry & no physical patrolling seen, do park at own risks.

Overall we had a great stay with Forest City Golf Hotel. Rooms were generally clean and tidy. It was a bonus that the room was spacious and was well equipped with the basic necessities. Staff were polite and friendly, and provided assisstance whenever they can. Requested for bottled water and they were not stingy with that. Breakfast had alot of variety however it doesn’t taste that good in my opinion. But if you’re not picky there is quite a wide array of choices to choose from the breakfast buffet. Only downside was the hotel was situated in a quiet area with zero to no convenience stalls around. Hard to get a grab car from the hotel or back to the hotel as it is situated at a far end of the country. Would recommend you to have your own vehicles if you are thinking of staying here. We

Good place for relax as very quiet environment and spacious room. Suggest to provide disposable simple in the room as the floor quite dusty. Swimming pool is too dirty, should improve in cleanliness.

We booked 2 double-bed rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, we learned that rooms were not available until after 3 o'clock. The room originally given to me at 09xx was given to someone else on the 9th floor. We were told that there was only a twin room and a double room on the 11th floor. Indeed, disappoint others. The most disappointing thing was their bath water. Sometimes the water was super hot, and sometimes it was just ice water. I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. The problem cannot be solved.

Balcony view is very beautiful. Air conditioning is not cold . Stay here a couple of times also have the same issue . Luckily have a ceiling fan . If not will be difficult to sleep . Places is getting a bit run down compare few years ago. Door access card is not working even though change for few times . The technician not able to solve the problem. So each time if I need to open the door after come back from outside . Will require a hotel staff to open the door with the special access key .

One night stay. Overall environment is fantastic and the view is beautiful. Good choice for 1 or 2 nights stay. Hotel seems understaffed. Taking very long for room cleanning and guests are requested to wait and wait...Hotel service should be improved and facilities could be better maintained. Breakfast has variety but tastes so so. The Korea BBQ Restaurant is recommended.

Cleanliness: A room worth 600 per night is okay Environment: The course is beautiful Service: The service is okay The setting is suitable for golfers and there are no facilities and equipment around it. The food in the hotel is average, and Chinese stomachs are not used to it.
