A complex of large but old apartments which are rented out. Our apartment was spacious but old design and furnishings. Ok for a one or two nights. Facilities include a large pool, gym, snack bar, some equipment for table tennis etc. The building is a 20-30 minute walk from the large shopping centre, which is great

Satisfying stay, good security, magnificent Penang bridge view from the balcony and window of the master bed room… but morning Muslim prayer from the nearby mosque may wake one up very early. Room service is top notch, more efficient than a 5 star international hotel. Nice comfortable resort feel lounge with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, lounge is also equipped with 2 pool tables, a gym, table tennis table and bats, badminton/basketball court, a swimming pool and a small waterfall koi pond. Snacks and breakfast are sold at a cost.

This place has the nicest ambiance and a relaxing feel to it. Although it is quite old and rather tired, requiring upgrade and maintenance, it certainly has seen more glorious days in the past! The kids enjoyed all the facilities here! Restaurant menu needs to be added more variants so guest could choose to dine here though food are abundance in the area.

Service was so good & they were very helpful, good location. 6 minutes to Queensbay Mall. 10 minutes to Kopa Arena USM. The pool was big, my kids love it.

I stayed in a house on the 4th floor. The WiFi equipment was not perfect and could not be used. The kitchen environment and utensils were very poor and uncomfortable to look at! The kitchen curtains were so shabby and they were not changed! Very bad! I called the maintenance staff to fix the WiFi. When I left the house, I didn't know how to close the door. It was so uncomfortable! Really rude ！Then the corridor on the 4th floor is like a ******* house! At night, the whole environment is so dark that I feel sick and uncomfortable. It's terrible! Finally, I suggest that the counter staff need to improve their communication attitude and language, and be more flexible. Please hire more staff who can communicate better. Please make our country better!
我入住在4楼的房屋，WiFi设备不完善 不能用，厨房环境以及用具极差看了就不舒服！厨房窗帘这么邋遢也不换！极差！叫维修人员来修wifi 离开了房屋也不懂的顺手关门 简直令人太不舒服！真的没礼貌 真tm不舒服 ！然后4楼走廊环境根本像鬼屋一样！真的需要改！，一到晚上了整个环境黑暗到完感到恶心不舒服 ，极差！最后我建议柜台人员沟通态度和沟通语言上还需进步加强，要多变通。里面的工作人员多请一些能沟通好一些的拜托！让我们国家更好一些 ！

Service was awesome and the facilities were a bit dated. It was easy for the Grab driver to go anywhere with Penang and it is a short distance to the Penang airport. I would stay here again.
