We stayed in the top floor flat in the Aschau building. Everything as described. Comfy beds. Small but well equipped kitchen. Would benefit from having a bit more soft seating but that may be difficult due to configuration of the flat. The location is ideal being circa 100m to a bus stop to both kaltenbach and zillertal arena lifts. Communication was excellent via an online messaging system. We would stay again.

We spent a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and has everything to feel at home. There is a spectacular view of the forest and ski run. Stefan is a great host always responsive and friendly. I recommend 100%.

Road to Wachterhof can leave you a bit dizzy , but believe me those views are worth the trip. We saw the valley directly from our hot tub and every morning while having a coffee on a beautiful wooden terrace. As a family with little children we really enjoyed local little farm with various animals from kangaroos to baby bunnies , on top of that owners were happy to open the cages every morning for our children to feed and pet bunnies. Accommodation is very modern and easy to get settled in. The only downside was that one of the smaller rooms hasn’t had much space where to put clothes and stuff. But boy those pillows and duvets , we couldn’t get ourselves out of that fluffy heaven in the morning. Last thing that i would like to mention is , be prepared that for a view like this you have to be up on the hill so not really a place from which you would explore the city and its shops after a long hiking day unless you travel back down by car. 😊

Very nice people. Great place. The apartments are clean, comfortable, lots of space. Sauna and jacuzzi available. Close to the slope, in high season you strap on your skis and go down. I'll be back next season when there's more snow. I recommend.

We (10p) had a very nice and comfortable stay. Compared with last year there was an extra bathroom. Now we had 3. The children where happy with a larger bedroom. Kaltenbach is a nice place to walk and to ski. The chalet was close to the ski slope, no need for a drive.

The apartment was quite nice and clean, the kitchen was equipped and the most important was Stevan, he was very kind, very helpful, our guide and assistance. Stevan was very super host, I will stay with him again with confidence and trust.

We stayed in Alpinloft Goldsun, and I cannot express enough how perfect everything was! The chalet was imaculet. The hot tub was already hot when we got there. All the pictures match. They even have a wine bar in the house if you want to get some local wines. Even without very much snow, it is still a ski in ski out with a man made snow piste just down the path (but it's a pretty aggressive red piste). Don't hesitate booking this chalet, you won't regret it.
