The hotel and the concept is brilliant. They offer everything for children, programs, playroom, nice food. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and big. You have beverages for free. The sauna area is also nice. The only worst thing is that you can’t have coffee before 7:30, and when your child is awake at 6:30 you can’t take one. :))

Amazing hotel, also just to drop in. Very family friendly! Rich in facilities, nice bar, restaurant, Pool, and playing areas. Situated in the beautiful valley of reith, quite and serene next to the amazing hotspot Kitzbühel. For every season in the year!

I booked two nights in Lisi and my two daughters (1 and 4) loved it. The older one said it's the best hotel she's ever been to :) The rooms are exceptionally clean and the offer for families is great. Kids have a huge playfield in a separate hall, a skating rink, a pool, and the hotel is packed with toys and fun stuff. The sauna is quite big, sparkling clean, and there is also a fitness. We have an electric car so a charger was a big plus and really made our trip a lot easier, not having to look for a charger (although there is a tesla supercharger in Kitz). Last but not least - the staff is super friendly. There are only two things that could be improved: the water in the pool is too cold, especially for kids and there are no healthy food options for the little ones at lunch and dinner (mostly fries, pasta and wienner schnitzel).

Wir waren im im Januar mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2&5) im Lisi ! Ich muss sagen ich war etwas skeptisch, da der Preis in der Saison nach dem Hahnenkamm sehr gut war. Ich bin aber komplett vom Gegenteil überzeugt worden! -Man kann Rausfallschutz, Windelmülleimer ect vor bestellen! -Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Im Restaurant waren die Teller grade leer und wurden sofort abgeräumt ! Alle sehr aufmerksam. -Getränkespender mit Wasser und Softdrinks 24h ! -eine Spielecke in der Lobby , ein Spielzimmer -Essen war sehr gut und es gab alles was man brauchte . Am Morgen und am Abend hat uns das Buffet am besten gefallen. Bei All in genug Auswahl an Getränken und Eis ect für Kinder ! -Extra Kinder Buffet auf Mini Höhe - Kinderprogramm sehr süß gemacht ! Großen Dank an TONi , du machst einen hervorragenden Job ! Selten gesehen sowas tollen , Mini Disco war das Highlight mit dir ! -Riesen Indoor Spielplatz , Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg . -Zimmer , einige etwas älter , einige renoviert - aber alle sehr groß und wir hatten eine junior Suite mit wunderschönen Blick zur Straße/Berge - gar nicht laut ! Danke Judith für die Besichtigung weiterer Zimmer , gerne sende ich euch weitere Gäste … -Ski Möglichkeiten alle in Umgebung, Reith Skischule arbeitet mit dem Hotel zusammen ! -Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus - Bei Abreise wurde uns noch Wasser und was kleines für die Kinder mitgegeben, seltene so etwas aufmerksames erlebt ! Absolute Empfehlung!!!! Mein Tipp als Reiseberaterin bei TUi ; stellt mehr Bilder auf Eure und unsere Seite ! ( mehr Zimmer Fotos , Fotos vom Spielzimmer , Pool) Das Hotel wird den wenigen Fotos gar nicht gerecht ! Danke für die tolle Zeit !

Bei Anreise war das Zimmer leider noch nicht fertig aber wir waren auch etwas früher da. Uns wurde dann genau erklärt wo sich alles befindet. Wir sind dann um die Zeit zu überbrücken in sie super coole Lisi World gegangen! Die ist echt ein absolutes Highlight! Die Programme für die Kinder sind sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir haben sehr gerne das Programm am Morgen in der Lisi World genutzt da dann noch nicht so viel los war. Ich bin selber Erzieherin und muss sagen, dass die kreativen Programme pädagogisch sehr gut umgesetzt werden (Lisa & Theresa). Am Abend ist dann eher das Actionreiche Programm was auch super viel spaß macht bei Luna & Toni zuhause! Das Kidsteam ist echt klasse, super freundlich und offen. Das restliche Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam und ebenfalls freundlich. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und hat uns soweit auch gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden fall gerne wieder!

Besonders freundliche, natürliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Das ganze Personal ist um die Gäste sehr bemüht auf eine sehr feine Art. Frühstücksbüffet ausgezeichnet, viele lactose- und glutenfreie Produkte vorhanden. (Wir haben nur Frühstück gebucht) Das einzige was wir nicht verstanden haben ist die Zuteilung der Tisch zum Frühstück. Für die Kinder ganz vielen unterschiedliche Angebote. Wir waren mit unserem 10- jährigen Sohn und ich könnte mir vorstellen hier wieder im Sommer zu kommen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfühlt und wir haben bekommen mehr als wir erwartet haben. Das hat uns richtig glücklich gemacht!

Un hotel concepito, pensato, strutturato intorno ai bambini. Attenzione ******ale ai dettagli, enorme possibilità di scelta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Basti pensare che ci sono collaboratrici che si occupano di metter in ordine e pulire ogni singolo giocattolo (e ce ne sono milioni, ovunque, con infinite soluzioni di gioco), in camera avevamo un bagno per i grandi e uno per i piccoli, accappatoio per i grandi e accappatoio per i piccoli, 2 TV, sapone per i grandi e per i piccoli. Numerosissime le attività anche se per bambini dai 4 anni in su. Il nostro ha 3 anni e comunque non si é di certo annoiato, anzi. Complimenti allo staff e soprattutto a Mirzio che con la sua umanità, il suo sorriso e il garbo d'altri tempi rendeva bello ogni incontro a tavola. Camere belle e spaziose, con splendida vista sui monti. Per gli adulti bella la spa e le piscine, la possibilità di staccare il cervello e pensare solo a godersi il tempo coi figli. Ricercata la cucina, mai banale, con accostamenti inediti ma curiosi da provare. Alla partenza, la reception aveva preparato un kit con acqua, caramelle, succo di frutta, pastelli, libro da colorare, aceto alle mele... L'attenzione al cliente é davvero straordinaria. Suggerimento: usare di più l'inglese o l'italiano potrebbe aiutare la vivibilità e la conoscenza delle opportunità offerte della struttura. Consigliatissimo

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großartigen Angeboten für Kinder! Täglich wechselndes Kinderprogramm mit vielen verschiedenen Aktivitäten auch für Teenager! Das Gesamte Team der Kinderbetreuung ist durchaus freundlich und hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Lisi World haben wir so in noch keinem anderen Familien Hotel erlebt. Da haben sogar Erwachsene Ihren Spaß. Das Housekeeping leistet super schnelle und tolle Arbeit. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche übrig. Beim Abendbuffet hätten wir uns manchmal etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht aber sonst war auch das perfekt! Da wir für den Sommer gerne wieder buchen wollten, haben wir uns beim Team der Kinderbetreuung erfragt, was dort an Aktivitäten für die Kinder angeboten wird und waren uns sofort einig wieder zu kommen.
