The hotel, rooms, wellness area is dated however everything was functioning and clean. The pool is big enough and heated. Sauna was also nice. Breakfast room has plenty natural light and enough seating. However I cannot way the same thing for the cafe which is the only place you can sit, eat and drink in the evening. There were simply not enough tables. Breakfast was a buffet with sufficient choices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Mediterrane Therme is a short albeit uphill walk away. But we decided that the wellness area of the hotel is nicer because it's much less crowded. There is a 50% discount on Therme entrance for the first entrance to hotel guests. It's worth a visit. Nice area to take a stroll through the old town. We had an overall pleasant visit and plan on visiting again.

Badezimmer muffig, alte Duschwand klemmt und hängt sich beim Versuch zu Öffnen aus. Das Bett quietscht/kracht bei jeder Bewegung. Frühstücksbuffett ist ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Kaffeeautomat mit guter Auswahl. Wellnessbereich u. Parkplatz inklusive. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hundefreundliches Hotel. Tücher zum Pfotenabwischen liegen beim Eingang bereit. Die Lage direkt am Kurpark ist toll. Ein großer Park mit altem Baumbestand eignet sich super zum spazieren gehen oder NordigWalken. Der Hund freut sich über eine große Gassirunde auch in der Au entlang des Sulzbaches.

Hotel che da fuori sembra tradizionale , ma al suo interno risulta vecchio, vetusto. Le camere, soprattutto quelle singole, sarebbero da rinnovare al più presto, soprattutto per la moquette e gli arredi consunti. Inoltre risultano poco funzionali, no secondo cuscino né bottiglia d'acqua, gabinetto separato dalla zona bagno e sanitari vecchi e ammuffiti. In teoria sarebbe un 4stelle ma nella realtà è una pensione con una scadente prima colazione.

1.Unrichtige Bebilderung der Einzelzimmerkategorien auf der Homepage. Ein dort abgebildetes Economyzimmer wurde mir als Business plus Zimmer verkauft. Bei meiner Beschwerde vor Ort wurde ich vom Inhaber sehr herablassend behandelt. 2.Sicherheitsmangel:zwischen Matratze und Lattenrost(!!)verlaufen Kabel,die schwarz verkohlt waren,wie auch ein Teil der Matratze. 3.das Bad und WC sind ebenfalls nicht wie abgebildet geräumig sondern sehr klein,sehen ganz anders aus!!! 4.knarrendes Bett(bei jeder Bewegung) und Schimmel in der Dusche sind hier nur noch nebenbei erwähnt. Bei den Fotos handelt es sich um ein angebliches Business plus Einzelzimmer,also die teuerste Kategorie!!
