前台服務態度可以的。衞生也不錯。不過你們的保潔不行，早上我們還在睡覺還沒起床，保潔來敲門沒聽清楚我們還沒答應，保潔直接自己刷卡開門，我們兩個人剛被敲門聲吵醒，坐在床上直接和保潔面對面，我男朋友還光着上身坐着，最離譜的是這個保潔已經看到了裏面有人而且還沒穿衣服，不趕緊關門就算了還開着門在那裡問我們要不要打掃衞生，不會先關上門再問嗎？再説了我們定了兩天的房間，就算我們出去了不在房間裏也應該打電話詢問我們是否需要打掃，而不是我們還在睡覺就直接破門而入！住了這麼多酒店從來沒遇到過這種情況，也就在網絡上刷到過，也是開了眼了竟然發生在自己身上！

酒店靠馬路一邊，吵得要死。馬路的另一邊是個洗車店，吵得要死。關鍵是你們的保潔，在外面一邊打掃一邊放手機，聲音還開得最大，讓她小聲點，他還不聽，繼續放着手機！！！！
