體驗感特別差，帶着長者孩去過潑水節，定單顯示早上10點後就能入住，我們是下午4點半才到的酒店，在辦理入住的時候，前台也沒有跟我們説房間沒有打掃出來，等我們上去才發現工作還在打掃衞生，渾身濕漉漉的等着工作人員打掃，還有就是酒店經理李建梅服務態度超級惡劣。

孟定是個小鎮，一個院子裏集中了4家大酒店。本準備住維也納，一晚要200多還沒有商量餘地。麗雅30多平方才180。看了房間很滿意，吃早餐時發現這家酒店住客很多，遊客現在都精得很。住得很舒服，給了全5分。
