這次入住北興賓館的體驗非常滿意！從辦理入住到離店，每一個細節都讓人倍感舒心。位置絕佳：地處文化體育中心廣場旁邊附近，周邊餐飲、購物都很方便，出行完全不用費心。環境與設施：房間寬敞明亮，床單被罩乾淨整潔，連窗台、遙控器這些角落都一塵不染，晚上睡得格外踏實。浴室熱水供應及時，備品也很齊全。服務暖心：前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理手續高效，還主動幫我解答了當地遊玩的問題，有需求響應也特別快，必須點贊。

衞生太差，分別在兩個床上看見兩根不同長度的女人頭髮，床單上不知道弄的什麼東西黃色的，弄不掉，要求老闆換床單，老闆説話態度極差很不情願，請過往旅客慎重選擇！

這是出行十幾天以來最差的一次紀錄。把我這膽子小的人嚇了好幾身冷汗汗。簡述一下過程，晚上七點左右，開了一天車，一身疲憊準備去酒店休息。剛到前台就被告知今天客滿沒有空房，我想我們是通過攜程早就訂好房間了。怎麼能不講信用呢。前台連查也不查訂單記錄，就告訴我們訂錯賓館了。我趕緊打開攜程查閲訂單，沒有發現有錯誤，就是訂的這個賓館。再次給他看訂單記錄。這次仍然不看，衹是問我姓名，這時他才發現他搞錯了，一個同姓的人在沒有經過任何查對，就入住了我們訂好的房間。遇到這種情況誰心裏不氣憤。這是搞得什麼管理。在表示我們的不滿以及耽誤我們正常入住的情況下，竟然要我們態度好點，真不知該誰態度好點。到現在還能遇到這樣的賓館。我和我愛人膽子比較小，嚇得我們衹好住嘴，在這人生地不熟的地方衹好忍氣吞聲。這還不算，不是給我們解決問題，竟然要求我們退房。又嚇得我們一身冷汗。難道攜程的訂單就這樣可以隨便給作廢。在沒有得到任何抱歉的情況下。肆意嚇唬我們這些外地遊客，肆意不守信用。最後雖然還是給我們辦理入住手續。但這些驚嚇給原本愉快的旅行添上了一個大堵。建議膽子小的人謹慎選擇。另外，基本設施缺乏，連吹風機都不提供，提供的熱水壺，裏面銹跡斑駁。衞生間馬桶打開蓋子一股臭味。連瓶裝水都不提供。這是我的第一個攜程點評。也建議攜程認真管理。
