Carbon Hotel

Premium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival. Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones. Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

Location is in front of train station. Very easy access to town area.

Fixtures, flooring tired

Strong smell & stained sheets, limited breakfast Strong smell in room from the material in floor and walls, did not help to open window. Allergics like me should avoid. Stains on sheets, most likely just a check miss. Ran out of breakfast options, limited it seems, no refill.

Hallways had a lot of lights out in the hallway was very dark in particular when visiting a friends room was totally dark way to turn on a flashlight in order to look at room numbers. Did not feel safe going down the hallway as you had a step into a cubbyhole to get to your room and you couldn’t see if anybody was standing in there. Reported it to the reception area and nothing was done about it. Also the layout of the room with the bathtub in the middle of the room was very weird.

Very modern looking rooms and lobby however the rooms were not that clean nor were they well maintained. Modern design style but poorly maintained

Not very clean Toilet smelled so bad on arrival. Floor was dirty Half the time there was noone at reception We only received 1 room card They had no iron in the room or at reception (even most 3 star hotels have that) Overall not satisfied at all

Only a question of private taste- I don't like black floors and dark colours, but your hotel is Carbon, so I should have expected it.
