Filthy stay over. The hotel was probably renovated ten years ago, and never cleaned since. Everything was dusty and dirty. No hot water in the shower morning. What is going on??? The breakfast was terrible with what seemed like leftovers from three days ago. Cold bacon and eggs. An absolute NO GO. The staff was without interest in running the hotel in a professional manner. In total a great disappointment.

Our stay was horrific. There was no mattress for the beds in our room. We had a two night stay but checked out after night one with no resolution not even a reply from the hotel. The whole place could do with a good clean. Be warned the parking is very expensive too. Won’t be staying again. I hope the hotel do the right thing and send me a refund at the very least for the night we did not stay

Very warm comfortable hotel with lovely views from the breakfast room and super helpful staff! Top class food in the evening restaurant. Would return again and highly recommend it . 20 minutes drive from Sentower Park and situated on a lakeside with lots of nature

Great view and clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but overall a great stay! Everyone working there were very friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and the lake view. Walking around the lake was a nice option as well. It was a great way to decompress

The hotel is very nice. Convenient location. Nice reception with friendly staff. Nice bedroom, comfortable and with beautiful decoration. In the bathroom, I really appreciate the movable shower head (additional to the fix rain shower), as it is convenient not to wet hair or to rinse body all over. But I am used to turn off the tap while I soap myself so as not to waste water, and then, it was impossible to turn it back on due to the form of the tap, that I could not turn with slippery hands due to the soap... So I had to use one towel to do so, that was then full of soap, and I could not reuse it afterwards... Not very ecological at the end ;) If you could find a way (with anti-slip or something or a stop button on the movable shower) we can use the tap even with wet and soapy hands, it would be great ! I also had diner at the restaurant of the hotel, outside, on the lake side. Beautiful place, friendly and dedicated staff, tasty food and well presented, but waiting time could be improved (about 45 minutes for one dish, and restaurant was far from full). If you could improve these small points and create a loyalty program (I am coming quite regularly to the hotel), then it would be perfect !

Very nice hotel surrounded by beautiful lake. The hotel breakfast and the food at the brasserie were very nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and very well equipped. It was very clean but quite warm as no airco ( especially very warm last wkd of august. Recommend this hotel if you need to relax and resource yourself.

Reception staff were unprofessional having private conversations whilst checking me in. Didn’t give me a tag so I could have my room cleaned. Room had a funny smell and wasn’t cleaned very well, sticky stains on floor. Water wasn’t hot, tepid l.
