Decent location, reasonable walking distance to city centre. Truly lacking amenities in all sectors; and no kettle in room which is basic for any decent hotel. Keep in mind the staff do not speak English and are rather impatient when a customer is trying to communicate.

On our way back from the south of France we decided to stop over in Dijon at the Mama Shelter. We arrived late in the night and the stuff welcomed us friendly. Our room was directly available, well equipped and clean. In the morning we could enjoy a great buffet breakfast in an amazing restaurant room. Some king of a unique location which you need to see…. For the rest the hotel is ideally located in the city heart of Dijon and offers a parking with some EV chargers. But do not forget to booked an EV charging place for your car. All in one I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a real treat, super chill vibes and beautifully designed down to the choice of carpets. Had the best reception by Miss Emeline who welcomed guests along with the front desk staff with terrific smiles and tremendous hospitality. Super well done

Great expérience in a brand new hotel. The location is unbeatable between The train station and The city center and the staff was very kind to give us access to the room despite our very early arrival! (9am) The bar offers a great atmosphere like all the the other Mama properties, what I would have liked is to have a more burgundy cuisine oriented menu for dinner.
