This apartment has a great location only 5 mins walk from the main square Piazza de Ferrari. The interior is extremely modern and everything is very clean. I've never seen such a detailed cleaning like in this apartment. We had a apartment for 4 people and it was very spacious, also there is a shared area for all apartment guests with complimentary Nespresso coffee & tea every day. Would definitely come again!

Modern and comfortable rooms in an old building. When you open the door that gives access to the place, the perfume that exudes is delicious! Well located in a central area with several restaurants and shops around. Nice bed and new bathroom. I loved it and highly recommend it!

Neutral apartment, had bedrooms, free wifi, kitchen, sink, views from Genoa and television. What it didn't have was air conditioning, this meant that we were hot every now and then due to today's weather, and from my point of view, I think it was a bit of a beginner's mistake, then later our bed I was a little uncomfortable, the mattress was not very soft, and it made me sleep very late, and since I had to get up early. But it's acceptable, I give it three stars.

Clean and tidy environment, change of towels every day. Excellent management with very helpful and courteous staff. The structure is located in a strategic area for visiting Genoa, it is located in a small square full of shops and bars.

Hotel located in a strategic position, comfortable bed, spotless rooms, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Plus points: relaxation area with sauna, breakfast corner, at the entrance always a scented and never cloying aroma and fragrances, excellent water jet in the shower, air conditioning always working, modern furnishings.

Un bb nuovo ed elegante, camere moderne e confortevoli, spazio in comune per colazione. In zona centrale vicino al city park. Prezzi onesti. La titolare molto gentile e disponibile. E’ al quarto piano con ascensore. Non saprei cosa altro aggiungere.
