Hotel la Superba

Unfortunately, I conform to the mass that has already reviewed this hotel, only regretting not having checked the reviews first, but having been tempted by the all-inclusive stay + several attractions proposal all with holiday bonuses, but directly on their website, where there are no reviews, but only images that date back more than a few decades ago. Anyway, I arrive at the hotel with a completely dusty room and mold on the walls, an empty mini-bar, a yellow patch on the bedspread and a toilet seat that remains in the hand when lifting it. I go down, I complain, I change room and .... IDEM ... same situation (yes, even the toilet seat "to take away"). I go down again somewhat altered, new room change, this time slightly better (dirt and mold aside), but with two single beds, therefore separated in the house !, and dangling lampshades. In the morning, I open the window and look out over a sort of landfill at the rear of the hotel ... we go down to breakfast, with a very sad buffet, and, thinking of changing hotels, we still decide to go and visit a couple of the attractions included and go away in the evening, instead of after the other two scheduled days. They promise us the complete cleaning of the room, and indeed we find that something had actually been done. So we decide to stay, as we were taking advantage of the holiday bonus that we didn't want to waste, but unfortunately it remains one of the worst hospitality experiences of my life. I am sorry for the staff, however kind, but I cannot recommend a holiday in these terms to anyone.

Maybe contrasted with most of the reviews but we were fine. Friendly staff, clean room with white bed linen and no bedspread. Ideal temperature and fairly new bathroom. Maybe the breakfast could be improved for the quantity but the mini croissants were very good. Discounted parking very close to the hotel and the location with respect to the historic center is excellent.
