Elevator was slow during check out time. Inside the room got small croakroach also.

Horrible host. Bad communication. Hard to response to your question. Room location facing the scenaries, it was good however the room condition was really bad.
1) the sink is clogged
2) baby cockroaches is everywhere
3) refrigerator not working well
4) no floor mat for washroom and we almost fall down few times(slippery tiles)
5) for those is travelling by own vehichle, this host doesnt provide bin “free parking lot”. You need to pay by your own. Per night about rm20. Better look for other host if you gonna stay more than 2 days.

The room floor tiles are sticky, doesn't feel like it has been thoroughly mopped. Bedsheet was slightly dirty with stains.
Main bathroom is the worst, the shower screen has mold, very dirty and tired looking. Looks like it hasn't been properly maintained for quite a while. Shower gel bottle provided but was without refill.
Water supply was stopped in the morning for around 20mins without any reason. When I texted the host, there was no reply.
Check in time per trip.com is 3pm and check out is 12pm but host sent us whatsapp text check in is at 4pm and check out 11am. Though it doesn't really bother us that much, but the info was incorrectly stated in trip.com
Check in was easy, but the overall staying experience is not great. If you have slightly more budget, suggest to stay in Genting Highlands hotel itself (except First World)

The place is nice and comfortable. The only problem is, parking is a problem. Even if you have a parking card, if you are late entering the parking lot, you will not be able to park your car. Then the person who manages the room is very slow to work with customers. Even if you don't do any work. & you will know that you have to pay a deposit of rm200

It was a pleasant stay.. will definitely come here again. The one challenge for us was the parking. It was far from the hotel block.
