Pros : This hotel location to be honest , is the far very best in Genting
Can go Sky ****** & shopping is very easy convenient to travel to
Compare to other hotel, this is the best hotel.
Customer services also at top notch, just that tbh because is so well liked, after 3pm check in. You might need to wait for 2-3 hour if you need special request.
Cons :
The hotel is not really clean as in the floor is very dirty, stain every where.
Not much amenities have in the room only a water kettle
No air con but the wind is good

Very simple empty hotel which I think not worth the money to pay. They only provide 2 towels for showering and a packet of tissue for the 4 nights we were there.Nothing else besides the basic toilet paper. They didn't even provide toothbrush and toothpaste which is the basic necessity. No hot beverages at all. I think paying for $55 a night is too costly and not worth paying . And they have the smallest TV in the whole wide world. I have attached some pictures.

Check in smooth just self check in at kiosk. just nice the room. this room located at towerr 3 , new building. Next time will repeat again! Everything just ok

A simple room. nothing special. Ok for short stay.
Foreigner need to queue for manual checkin at the counter.

Poor check-in system for online purchase booking 3hours waiting time for counter check-in there are over 20 self check-in machines are useless, Pillows are smelly, do not provide toiletries only soap and all in one shower dispenser that are not working bonus point for a mountain view room.

Room is small and basic. Doesn’t comes with much amenities. You have to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo etc. Pillows are soft too. Checking in can be a nightmare with long queues unless you can perform self check in yourself. Location is one of the best for the hotels though with lots of amenities and ****** nearby. Not all the lifts are running and getting down during checkout time can be challenging. Overall it serve the basic purpose of a stay without much luxury.

Easy check in upon arrival. Use the code provided by trip.com which was provided 3 days before check in date. A small hiccup as I was requested to pay the tourism tax when checking in. Paid for it on the spot. Then contacted trip.com customer service. They promptly replied with a refund.
The buffet breakfast and cable car included were redeem easily with no issues. Breakfast at genting grand. Either walk there or there's a free shuttle bus outside first world hotel, beside Starbucks.
First world hotel give basic amenities - towels and all in 1 shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush so bring your own.
