I had a wonderful stay at the place. It's clean, simple and not busy or noisy. It's so close to the center of Georgetown area and the nightlife without being too centre. The staff, especially Junaid, is very nice and helpful. Thanks. It's worth the money, I'll definitely come here again.

Very convenient spot. Good food and nightlife are located nearby. Bathrooms are shared, and no shampoo is provided. Noise proofing is poor. Coughing and kids running about was a pain in the ass. Personal hotel door can be randomly unlocked with vibrations from kids running around POC replies really quickly via whatsapp. Aircondition and beeding was good.

At first, I was quite shocked by the room I was given because it had not been cleaned yet. The room was dirty and the bed linens hadn’t been changed. I immediately informed the staff about the situation. After I told them, the staff explained that the room was actually not supposed to be given out due to an air-conditioning issue, and that was why it hadn’t been prepared. They then moved me to another room. Overall, the replacement room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. The staff were very responsive and cooperative in solving the issue. Although the stay started off poorly, the staff’s quick action helped improve the overall experience.

Good place near everything Good street with some cafes and restaurants

Cozy place in the center of Georgetown. It was a bit hard to find, as there’s another hotel with the same name on the same street. Soundproofing and the door lock could be better, but overall it’s a good place to stay.
