This was my first time staying at a homestay, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very close to George Town Old City, about a 15-20 minute walk, and there are several Michelin-starred restaurants within 500 meters. Both the bedroom and living room offer city and sea views. On the rooftop, there's a good-sized infinity pool and a well-equipped gym. The owner of MC Home is Chinese, very kind and friendly, and generally helps with any reasonable requests. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around and dining. I added the merchant on WeChat before checking in, and communication was very smooth. The infinity pool on the 36th floor was rarely crowded, and there was always space to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families.

For our two-night, three-day stay in Penang, we opted for a cozy little apartment instead of a generic big hotel, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations – truly fantastic! First off, the location is a huge plus. Getting around was super convenient. Whether it was heading to Mural Street for street food or catching the sunset by the beach, a taxi ride was always quick. This is incredibly helpful for travelers with a tight itinerary. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise too. The decor was very modern, and it was fully equipped, making for a really comfortable stay. Despite the hot Malaysian weather, the air conditioning in the room was incredibly powerful. Coming back sweaty after exploring, stepping into the room felt like instant rejuvenation. Plus, the building's architecture is quite unique and stylish. We even took some cool transition videos downstairs before we left! We did encounter a minor hiccup during our stay, though. I'm not sure if there was a nightclub nearby, but on the first night, we heard music almost all night long, which slightly disrupted our sleep. After we reported it to customer service in the morning, they handled it very promptly. The noise was significantly reduced the second night. Although we could still faintly hear it, it was much better than the first night, allowing us to sleep peacefully. Overall, this small apartment offers great value for money. It's new, well-located, and their customer service is very responsive. If you happen to encounter any noise issues, just communicate it promptly, and they'll actively work to resolve it. If you're a young traveler looking for something unique and budget-friendly, this place would be an excellent choice!

Dance is quite easy to find and feels very suitable for family trips. It has two rooms with two large beds, which is enough for a family of four. Shopping nearby is also very convenient, with many small supermarkets, a 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, and a cold night market, all within a 10-minute walk. Overall, it's pretty good.

I heard this hotel is new. A butler adds you on WeChat before check-in, probably for easier communication since the front desk doesn't seem to have any Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel's location is great, and it's quite lively for getting around. The only issues were a strange smell from the room's drain and stains on the bedsheets.

The room was quite basic but clean. The rooftop pool offered great views. My only regret was the lack of a laundry room; I had to go to the self-service one across the street, which was a bit inconvenient.
