The only good thing of this hotel is near to new Lane street food, the hotel claim that have car park but the car park is limited, have to double park and we block someone that wan to move out at 6am morning, 6am morning knocking the door wake us up, is a bad experience.

I can’t recommend this hotel. The photos of the room when booking do not match with the room in which I was settled. I pointed it out, but they told me it was just a photo. I booked a room of 17 square meters, and got a tiny room two times smaller. Also, when booking, I immediately paid the tourist tax, but when checking in, they charged it again.

Please management check on your housekeeping staff. Why they keep on knocking at my door ask us for c/o at 11am. Knocking twice and even unlock the door also twice. I know c/o at 12noon but why open my door and ask us to c/o at 11am. They even dont wait for me to open the door instead using the masterkey and unlock my door. Staff can just check in the system right to see guest has c/o or not then why just open my door ? Never had this thing happen in other hotel i have stayed. Kind of bad experience for me. Then at 2pm they call me ask me for c/o again. Ive c/o even before 12 huh. No repeat here again
