That’s ridiculous!
1.no room cleaning
2. We had to take towels only at the reception
3.Instead of 10RM during check in we were asked 150+RM
4. Awful management
5. Dangerous place,I’ve got injury by the toilet’ door at the room!
6. No first aid kit!!!!

The hotel location is good. Have a lot restaurant nearby, and also Near shopping mall and night market. The room is clean, and the prices is good.

Room is like ads pic, facilities are in good conditions. Free drinking water provide on the floor, tv USB accepted. Refrigerator in room with this price I can't find in other penang hotels.
Con - towels/bed sheet are not white anymore but no smelly

location of the hotel is quite strategic. parking provided is limited. overall, 💯 recommended. will be back again!

The room is reasonably clean, but there are water stain marks on the ceiling board.
The location is very convenient. It's within walking distance to Komtar and lots of eating places.

Very loud, can here all of the cars drive by and people praying. The air conditioning doesn’t work well, barely gets cool, not cold.
