Superb location in middle of Georgetown. Free parking provided by hotel at the back of hotel. Room amenities include refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, coffee and sugar, glass bottled water, smart TV. Great Internet connection. Water dispenser is available beside receptionist. Recommendation to add 1 more garbage bin in room as the one in toilet is quite small, is insufficient even for 1 day family use. Toilet water pressure is good, but have to shower in small shower tub and drainage system seems not so good as water pooling beside shower tub. Beds are comfortable and have sockets point beside bed, and at dressing table. However some USB charging ports are not working. Hope management can look into these issues and improve. Thanks.

Overall great stay. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Walking distance to new shopping malls and ancient town centre. Clean lobby and room. Family room we booked comes with two double beds. The hotel also offers water fountain & instant coffee in the room and lobby if needed. Heritage fee can be paid using Visa card. Things for improvement: The bathroom has a bathtub 2/3 the size of a regular bathtub so it can feel a bit cramped. The aircon could use a bit of cleaning as it is visibly dusty.

The hotel has a great location – within walking distance to popular streets and plenty of local food. The 24-hour front desk gave us a sense of safety, and both check-in and check-out were smooth, with no deposit required. Areas that could be improved: The shower water starts hot but quickly becomes only lukewarm, even at the maximum setting. Amenities are very basic (only body wash, toothbrush, and toothpaste provided; no shampoo). Drinking water needs to be refilled by yourself near the front desk. Cleanliness was disappointing – we found stains on the bedsheets and the floor was dusty. Bringing your own disposable bed linen might be a good idea. Overall, the stay was convenient because of the location, but cleanliness and amenities definitely need improvement.

Amazing location, super close to attractions and wonderful bed! TV is not smart TV but asides from that the room is truly comfortable
