Ozo Hotel Georgetown is conveniently located in the heart of Georgetown, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money.
However, there are a few downsides — the reception on the ground floor is often unattended, making parking and retrieving your car inconvenient. The soundproofing is poor, as you can clearly hear other guests showering. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection is unstable and frequently disconnects.

The hotel room is good but the noise on the upper floor started at 6 am. Then the bed was too soft and pillows too high. The rest wasn't good. They have good small gym facility with nice high view.

We had a pleasant stay at OZO Hotel Penang. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location is very convenient — close to many attractions and eateries.
The service was warm and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
One small downside: the TV kept hanging and the Wi-Fi could be stronger. Hopefully, this can be improved for future guests.
Overall, a good stay and we’d be happy to return!
