Nio Hotel

i’ve stayed for almost one week for work purposes. the facility was good, the service the staff all was excellent. they clean my room and change the towel every single days which was good cause sometimes i’m too busy and occupied with work. but overall the stay was good. for a short staycation and if you are looking for a place just to crash out and rest this will be a good decision. walking distance with a lot of places which make it more easy

There's a bit shocked that no TV in the room. And a bit weird that shower gel was not provided. Other than that, everything was good.

- Not suitable for travellers looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. - No TV provided, which was unexpected for a 3-star hotel. - Only one bedside table instead of two. - No proper luggage rack or space to place luggage. - Non-refundable booking - very limited flexibility if you find the stay unsuitable after checking in. Overall facilities and comfort were below expectations. Would recommend checking the room facilities and booking conditions carefully before booking

The room is small, but the location is good. It is near Komtar, with plenty of food options nearby the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Nio Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Nio Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The parking better reach early the guards are friendly, the reception all are good and the rooms are really worth the price with the bed quality and it’s in town

compared to the previous hotel name ####, NIO is better in terms of providing essential items in the room, a fresher and more organized atmosphere, with very helpful and friendly staff 🥰🥰

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and received excellent service. Housekeeping staff changed the sheets and towels for me every day. Convenient transportation near the city If I have a chance, I will go back to rest again ♥️😊🇲🇾
