Hotel Sentral Georgetown @ City Centre Reviews

Everything is good. We arrive around 3am, just need a place to sleep n rest. Book family room, bed is comfy, aircond cold. Bathroom was ok n quite luas. My baby love it. Breakfast was good.

Terrible experience Hotel staffs are very very rude and non-cooperative. Always answer with we don't know or we don't have or we don't provide. Told me to ask Trip.com for my amenities. As per my reservation they suppose to provide me Shuttle service but denied to do that. Reception staffs including restaurant staffs are totally non-cooperative. Our complimentary breakfast was included. My daughter was feeling sick in the morning and I requested them for taking 2 slice of breads for my daughter but they said I need to inform them 1 day before for that. This is the terrible experience I have ever experienced. Basin water blocked and shower was non operational. Not recommended at all.

Very convenient, pharmacy is nearby, night market new lane just few walk distance, easy to reach.

Room were small, washroom fine, but with this budget all acceptable.

Was good location , near top Komtar and few other Burmese Thai temples, gurney plaza, cei lia street and a lot others , easy to get around

Cross road got a lot of hawker and very nice hotel too...

The room is worth the price. The facilities are complete: hair dryer, iron, TV, hot water, soft bed. The accommodation is near restaurants and convenience stores. It is easy to travel. However, the disadvantage is that the way up and down the elevator is very complicated, like a maze. Overall, everything is okay.

Room aircond leaking and unable to ON the aircond...told us full house unable to change room but after that change to another room for us....breakfast not so many chosen and there are many flying insects on the fruits...no workers to guard the foods...Room is clean...No noisy environment...Hotel near to the town...

Fine for one night, windows weren’t transparent and quality not as good as you would expect from the pictures, but overall fine for a short stay.

Tempat ni boleh tahan la..just not as expected..next time i will not booking here, i wont repeat..kata ada parking tapi bila sampai takde pula.. i have to parked outside.

The hotel location at Lorong Kinta, George town, Penang, The room is clean and tidy. Parking is free provided by the hotel but limited. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just ok. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel is shabby and dated. The rooms are smelly, damp and in need of a huge refurbishment. Lastly, the horrible excuse for a human on reception is nothing short of a slimy, lying little weasel who I would not trust if he told me the time. Do not hand this man your money or your trust, he is a disgusting liar with the morals of a street rat.
