- The hotel room was clean and well maintained - The room space feel comfortable and spacious - However, there was a sense of insecurity or unease, though the specific reasons for this feeling was unclear.

I booked a standard superior room, but the staff upgraded to a deluxe room for us is good. Room are just like a standard room not much difference and not a large room. The washroom is very small and narrow, and the window films are broken.

Need to improve on cleanliness as cleaner sapu sampah masuk bawah katil Lepas panggil, baru org dtg bersihkan Breakfast, makanan baru topup sejuk..patut panaskan dulu ni nak panaskan dlm tray hidang, mmg dokle..berebut amik dah Teh tarik sedap.

Got free upgrade of families room to suite, but there’s existence of unpleasant odor in the room during our second night of staying, the room smells like sewage🤢, otherwise is still acceptable.

Very bad service, aircond leaking, door hard to close, tv no function. Carpark limited

The location is great. The room is spacious. The facilities and foods are enough and a simple traveller. My 2nd staying and luckily the parking lot is available.

When checking in the guy on reception tried to fraud me saying that I should pay 24 RM as a tax. But 20 RM tax has already been included in price that I prepaid online. Then he gave me a key-card that didn’t work and I had to go with the baggage to the reception again. And then it’s supposed to have a room with a window but I have a room with a window to the wall of the building. There weren’t information about this in the description of the room The safe box didn’t work too and I needed to ask help. There were many insects in the room: spider, fly and ants. I was so much disappointed with ur hotel and necessarily leave a review to other tourists to know how the hotel is unpleasant.

Good location of hotel nearby georgtown komtar and also a lot of food access nearby hotel. Good clean rooms with reasonable price. Recomended.

I couldnt accept when i book two rooms with queen bed but end up only one given to me. The aircond was spoiled and leaking even ask for maintenance.

Good location but not enough parkings for guest. Bad sound proof. Room a little small, worth it for the price. Overall it was a good stay. Recommended for budget saving travellers.

Superior room condition is not so good. Just have 2 pillow in the room normally in hotel room have 4 pillow but in this hotel if want extra pillow need to pay 15MYR & the key room also given only 1 card if need extra key need to pay 50MYR. Breakfast so simple. Overall is the amenities not so good

This hotel needs serious refurbishment. All the furniture is very old and the paint on the wall peeled off

We were check in so late and hotel provide us fmly room with no additional payment while we booked standard room.
